It's no secret that I want to live in the era of Don Draper and Peggy Olsen for a day but since that is quite impossible to do I wanted to recreate Don Draper's favorite drink, the Old Fashioned. I am by no means a expert on mixing drinks but I can appreciate a good drink. The Old Fashioned is basically sugar, bitters, whiskey, and citrus peel. Everything else you add is essentially for show.
